He was predeceased by: his father Ervins Arthur Bubier I; his brother-in-law Brian Ritchie; and his grandparents, Ida, Leonard Metcalf, Zelma and Charles Bubier.

He is survived by: his wife Renee Bubier; his mother Donna Bubier (Phil); his children, Ervins Bubier III of Perry and Anasia Tucker of Orono; his siblings, Janice Bubier of Portland and Thomas Bubier of Perry; his niece Samantha Ritchie of Orono; his godson Thomas Bubier II of Pleasant Point; the mother of his children Amanda Boyd; and also, Donna and Ervins Bubier I. Ervins. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
