He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Ewan Lincoln and Martha Lincoln (Spinney); and his brother David K. Lincoln. He is survived by: his wife Elsie Lincoln (Lee); his grandchildren, Alex Macomber and Alyssa Macomber; and his sister Ruth MacKechnie (Lincoln) of Calais. He is also survived by several cousins and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Dale's memory may be made to The Maine Maritime Academy in Castine, ME, or the Eastport Dialysis Center.
