He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Belmain and Phyllis Belmain; his brother Roy Belmain Jr; his granddaughter Jessica Belmain; his uncle Phil Belmain; and his friend Ted Long.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Belmain; his children, Rose (Herbert York), Karen (Jeff Flenner), William Jr (Robin Belmain), Robert (Jenna Belmain), Kelly (Mark Marquis) and Phyllis Belmain; his siblings, Ronald Belmain and Betty Levesque; and his grandchildren, Angel, Herbert, Guthrey, Jennifer, Josh, Joe, Jeremy, William III, Danton, Lacie, Morissa, Drenn, Drew, Nathan, Dylan, Amber and Napoleon. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
