He was predeceased by: his sons, Keith and Kenneth; and his brothers, Wallace, Maurice and Frederick.
He is survived by: his parents, Maurice Brackett and Viola Brackett (Madden); his spouse Maxine Brackett (Rodgerson); his sons, Prince Brackett of Stacyville and Dennis Brackett (Melinda) of Patten; his daughter-in-law Heidi Brackett of Sherman; his grandchildren, Tabitha Lillis (Joe) of Island Falls, Cody Brackett (Laura Chicoine) of Patten, Keith Brackett of Patten, Lacey Brackett and Kasey Tracey (Brandon) of Goulsboro; his great grandchildren, Shaydin Lillis, Robbie Lillis, Connor Lane, Jason Tracey, Cora Tracey and Cooper Lillis; and his sister Mary Farley of Medway.
