He was predeceased by: his parents, Hollis Shorey and Nettie Shorey (Howard); his wife Christine; his granddaughter Nicole Shorey; his great grandchild Tanner Morse; his sister Gloria; and his parents-in-law, Annie, Bart Merry, Gayle Grant, Leon Grant and Eugene Campbell.

He is survived by: his children, David Shorey (Nancy) and Rachel Campbell (Ron); his grandchildren, Nicholas Shorey (Megan), Aaron Shorey (Carianne), Cody Morse (Caitlin), Savannah, Bailey, Evan, Serena, Sophia and Jace Campbell; his great grandchildren, Nicole, Ava-Jo, Brady, Natalie, Jackson, Calhan and Reed; his sisters, Annette Noyes (Skeet), Colleen Campbell and Susan Dilmore (Gordon); his nephew Kevin Noyes; his aunt Dottie Howard; his brother-in-law Don Grant (Lou); and his friend Terri Lyons.
