He is survived by: his parents, Eugene Ballard and Cooche Ballard; his wife Jayne V. (Melvin) of Patten; his siblings, Cynthia Churchill (Nate) of Brewer, Dennis Pratt (Joyce) of Hermon, Deborah Cunha (David) of Mount Chase and Catherine Perrin (Carl) of Julie; his aunts, Carol Cole (Gregory) of Patten and Pauline Bates Withee of Patten; his friend Peter Hunter of Patten; and also Helen Ballard (Campbell). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
