He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his daughters, Katherine of Dayton Maine and Grace of Turner; his stepdaughter Melissa; his stepgrandchildren, Cole, Kailey, Kendra, Allison and Jessica (Zac); his great grandchild Miles; his sisters, Sharlene of Orland, Holly of Ellsworth and Tabitha of Wellman, Iowa.; and also, Eliza and Zoey.
