He is survived by: his wife Mary Merriam; his children, Hazen Emery (Madeleine French Emery), Adelaide Mae Emery, Georgette Elaine Emery, Nellie Berry (Bruce) and Richard Emery (Amanda); his grandchildren, Sarah Rivers Emery, Hayden Louis Emery, Laiken Ann Emery, Hudson Luke Emery, Kacey Nichole Phillips Galata, Rodney Allen Taylor, Ryan Adam Taylor, Cheyenne Dawn Dugi, Remington Louis Emery Schaefer, Timothy Richard LaGrange, Taylor Rae Lamb, Zander Berry, RyLeigh Otis Emery, Roman Richard Emery, Katalina Faith Duguay-Emery and Leviathyn James Emery; his great grandchildren, Elaina Resendez, Koda, Kohen Dowlearn, Knoxley Michelle Galata, Reign Adonis Holliday Taylor, Rylann May Taylor, Chanel and Chevonne Sorrell; and his sister Norma Knight. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
