With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Beryl E Oja of Paris, Maine, who passed away on February 29, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Ellingwood and Elsie Ellingwood (Garey); her husband Frederick Oja; her son Neil Oja; and her siblings, Irwin Ellingwood, Perley Ellingwood, Howard Ellingwood, Ralph Abbott, Evelyn Chamberlin, Ruth Lowell, Doris Maxim and Amy Drake.
She is survived by: her children, Gail Oja of West Paris, Jake (Lorraine Oja), Beth Cantwell of Wilmington, NC, Jerry Oja (David Oja), Julie Oja (Tanya Gillette) and Jackson Oja (Lucio DeBarros); her grandchildren, Jacob, Michelle Oja of Winthrop, Tonja, Eric Jacobs of Buckfield, Jason, Natalie Cantwell of Huston, TX, Kristin Cantwell of Wilmington, NC, Amber Oja of Merrimac, MA, Matthew, Joshua and Luke Gillette of Dallas, PA; her great grandchildren, Seneca, Travis Lowell and Siana Jacobs; and her sister Susie Abbott of Wintrop.
