She is survived by: her spouse John T.; her children, Ashley Williams (Ed), Lorena Smith (Jim), Belva Anne Wellman (Marc), Harry "Jay" W. Jernigan, IV (Ashley) and Teresa Lynne Jernigan; her sisters, Barbara Kilpatrick (Cree) and Rita Davis (Jerry); and also Smith, Jr..
