He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Wilbur "Papa" Rowe, Roger and Helen Cole. He is survived by: his parents, Stephen Sr and Martha Rowe, Sr. (Funk); his spouse Lisa-Ann Rowe; his grandmother Carol Rowe of Hartland; his brother Nicholas; his nephews, Landon of Palmyra and Brandon of Palmyra; and his close friend Casey Temple. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends.
