She was predeceased by: her parents, Linwood and Mary Cookson Sr. (Sisco). She is survived by: her children, Christopher Karr (Jamie) of Milford, Matthew Chamberlain (Victoria) of Detroit and Kasondra Chamberlain (Mark Andrews) of Canaan; her grandchildren, Skylar, Roslyn, Faith, Zena, Jeffery, Jaxx and Layla; her siblings, Lori Gary (Richard Paulsen) of Vassboro and Linwood Cookson Jr (Rachel) of Palmyra; and her significant other Kirk Jacobsen. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
