He was predeceased by: his mother Madeline Tarr (Burns). He is survived by: his father Robert Tarr of Manchester, N. H.; his children, Michael Tarr of Skowhegan and Jacqueline (Anthony Badger) of St. Albans; his siblings, Dan Tarr, Chris Tarr, Robert Tarr, Tom Tarr, Diane Landers and Susanne Pollier of Bradford, MA.; and his grandchildren, Hannah Tarr, Landon Badger, Connor Badger and Emelia Badger.
