He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ivan Fletcher and Helen Fletcher (Nason); his wife Norma Fletcher (Gerry) of Palmyra; his children, George "Sam" Fletcher, Jr. (Debra) of Palmyra, Nancy (Don Prescott) of Corinna, Betty (Gary Lincoln) of Palmyra and James Fletcher of Bangor; and his siblings, Ivan Fletcher of Mars Hill, Robert Fletcher of Skowhegan, Barbara Smith of Kansas City, Janet (Walter Philbrick) of Palmyra, Shirley Bryson and Cuffy Fletcher. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
