He is survived by: his parents, James Ramsey and Avis Niles; his wife Melissa Ramsey (Leavitt) of Palmyra; his children, Robert W. Ramsey (Kirstie) of Presque Isle, Aaron C. Ramsey of Palmyra, Samantha Ramsey of Palmyra and Emma Ramsey of Palmyra; his sister Jessica Bays (Scott); and his parents-in-law, Earl, Therolin Leavitt of Palmyra, Lee and Maxine Leavitt of Newport. He is also survived by two nieces and one nephew.
