We are sad to announce that on December 30, 2021, at the age of 80, David Patterson of Palmyra, Maine, born in Augusta, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Albion Patterson and Myrtle Patterson (Rowe); his former wife Martha; his daughter Melinda; his great grandchildren, Shade Rowan Patterson and Ayden Alan Rowe Spurrell; and his siblings, Bernice Taber, Dorothy Creasey, Rachael Gary, Maynard and Albion Patterson.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his sons, Terrance (Lisa Patterson) and Aaron (Kimberly Patterson); his grandchildren, Amanda Spurrell, Aaron, Gregory and Matthew Patterson; his great grandchildren, Evan, Carson, Adam, Quinn, Amelia, Theo, Ada and Cameron; and his stepchildren, Richard Donaldson (Stacey), Warren Donaldson (Ranea), Mark Donaldson (Savuthy), John Donaldson (Carolyn), Victoria Donaldson (Tom Cruise) and Kimberly Donaldson (Todd). He is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
