He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert G. Pottle and Esther Pottle (Reed); his brothers, Robert, Gerald and Norman; and his grandson Craig.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa; and his children, Ken (Michelle), Elaine (Derek), Cathy (John) and Tim (Katie). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations can be given to the Palermo Volunteer Fire Department.
