She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter C. Stevens and Katherine Stevens; her brothers, Walter and Donald Stevens; and her grandson Christopher Costa.
She is survived by: her husband Carl W. Butler of Palermo; her children, William W. Butler, II (Linda), Debbie Costa, Cindy Spearin (Stephen) and Kimberly Brown (Blake); her grandchildren, Kathleen Posey (Justin), Daniel Boothby, Victoria Butler, Joseph Costa (Julie), Anthony Costa (Shannon), Allison Costa, Steve Spearin (Kimberly), Samuel Spearin, Alexander Spearin and Jeremy Brown; and her sisters-in-law, Maxine Philbrook (Leroy) and Judie Stevens (Garfield). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
