With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peter J. Seames Sr. (Oxford, Maine), who passed away on September 8, 2018 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter J. and Laura Seames (Cole); and his siblings, Stanley, Raymond and Evelyn Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Elsie of Greenwood; his children, Diane Howe of Bethel and Peter Seames, Jr. (Cynthia) of Oxford; his grandchildren, Andrea Howe, Dustin Howe (Sara), Alyssa Howe (Jeff Freeman), Rebekah Howe Coolidge (Jason), Peter Seames, IV (Sara), Misty Thomas (Damien), Crystal Seames and Nick Seames; his great grandchildren, Skylar, Savannah, Dylan, Jordyn, Tyler, Kimball, Damien, Aiden, Alexis, Owen, Quinn, Mekhi, Bentley, Ariana, Logan and Emily; and his brother Bill Seames (Judy) of Bryant Pond. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Even as the ravages of Alzheimer's affected him, he never lost the desire to be outdoors, to hunt or to be with his loving wife.
