As Elaine Claire departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Elaine Claire may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Elaine Claire leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Seilonen and Eino Seilonen; her former husband Allen Lorrain; and her close friend Nancy Lincoln. She is survived by: her children, William Lorrain of Oxford, Tammy Googins (David) of Fayetteville, N. C., Tony Lorrain (Kim) of Harrison and Timothy Lorrain (Joanne) of Waterford; and her brother John Seilonen of Norway. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Casco Community Center, Meadow Road, Casco.
