She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harold Herbert and Geraldine Herbert (Campbell); her husband David A. Nelson Sr. of Oxford; her children, David A. Nelson Jr., Ricky A. Nelson, Tina M. Thurston, Alicia A. Nelson and Tamisha A. Nelson; and her brothers, Richard and Wally Herbert. She was also cherished by many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren.
