He was predeceased by: his parents, Janet Lebroke and Carlton Lebroke; his former wife Joan Morris; and his brothers, Ellsworth, Gene and Robert.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, David Lebroke (Denise), Stephen Lebroke (Janie) and Cynthia Fitts (Ernie); his stepchildren, Vicki Whitley (Patrick) and Ricky Mack (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Chelsea, Ryan, Kayla, Mathew, Eric and Lisa. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
