He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Boucher (Luke Boucher) of Monmouth; his sister Dori Curtis of Otisfield; his granddaughter McKenzie Boucher of Monmouth; his nieces and nephews, Brittnie, Melissa, Erin, Tyler and Adam; his brother-in-law Bill Curtis of Otisfield; and his caregiver Tammy. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Andwell Hospice House in Auburn, honoring Wade's life and his commitment to helping others.
