He was predeceased by: his parents, George T. Neill and Laura R. Neill (Kessinger); and his wife Mary Lou. He is survived by: his children, Jane Neill (Gregory Curfman), Karen Mc Donald, Laurie Knowles (Vaughn) and Nancy White (Michael); his grandchildren, Adam Knowles, Erin Twitchell, Laura McDonald, David McDonald, Phillip White, Amanda Hayes, Geoffrey Curfman, Joel Neill and Abby Neill; and his brother Thomas Neill (Barbara). He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
