He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Proulx (Corro); his parents, Leonel V. Noel and Avis L. Proulx Noel (Quirion); his children, Theresa Thompson (David Thurlow) of Orrington and Jerry "Jay" Proulx (Kristen) of Maryville, TN; his grandchildren, Joseph Thompson (Lauren), Jadon Netschi and Dalton Proulx; his great grandchild Jameson Thompson; his siblings, Leonel "Lenny" Proulx, II (Norma), Mark Proulx (Jeananne), Danny Proulx (Brenda), Christine "Chris" Aucoin (Mark), Nannett Wells (Dan), Scott Proulx and Denise Jones (Cliff); his stepmother Ladonna Proulx; his brothers-in-law, Wilbert, Buster and Stephen Corro (MaryEllen); and his friend Brenda Dufour.
