He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph J. Leveille, Sr. (Duffy) and Isabel R. Leveille (Pelletier); his sister Delcina Leveille Chappelle; and his brother-in-law Byron "Buddy" Chappelle. He is survived by: his nephews, Gregory Chappelle of Old Town and Daniel Chappelle (Ellen) of Seattle, WA; his niece Geralyn "Lynn" Dyer (Jeffrey) of Old Town; his great-nephew Nathan Dyer of Old Town; and his friend Carter Heath.
