He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyndon Treadwell and Phoebe Treadwell (Prue); his siblings, Lyndon Jr., Arthur Treadwell and Elaine Wade; and his sister-in-law Ginny Treadwell.
He is survived by: his wife Carole Treadwell (Dubay); his children, Chuck Treadwell (Rebecca) of Veazie, Cindy Treadwell of Phoenix and Cheryl Keim (Michael Giordano) of New York City; his grandsons, Anthony Fulcher (Analydia) of Tucson and James Treadwell of Veazie; his great grandchildren, Amaya, Salma and Isana Fulcher of Tucson, Arizona; his sister Verda LeClaire of Bangor; his siblings-in-law, Francis Treadwell of Orono, Norman Dubay (Beverly) of Tucson, Lionel Dubay (Cherie) of Gainesville, Florida and Barbara Hersey of Milford; his pet Miss Molly; and his close friends, John Dall of Old Town and Don Joseph of Orono. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
