He is survived by: his children, Paul Douglass of Weymouth, MA, Kathy Purvis (James) of Ilion, NY and Beth Foster (Charles) of Valley Cottage, NY; his grandchildren, Brian, Peter, Adam, Ashley and Derrick; and his great grandchildren, Jacob, Rebecca, Liam, Hunter, Miles, Evan, Micah and Mackenzie.

“First I would just like to offer my condolences, my name is Damion Taylor, I was a member of the old orchard beach fire department and have countless memories sheared with Chaplin Douglass some of the brightest parts of my day where when he came pulling up to the station and we would talk trains and he would always tell me about what he was preparing for dinner for Ann and him, and he would always tell me about his children. Once again I’m so sorry for your loss.”
