He was predeceased by: his parents, Andre Cloutier and Martha Cloutier (McDermitt); and his siblings, Richard, James and Marylou.
He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Cloutier and Cheryl Hamilton; his siblings, Stephen Cloutier, Donald Cloutier, Susan Jones, Blanche Cloutier and Rachel Chick; and his partner's son Joe. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
