He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Poisson and Imelda Poisson (Houle); and his siblings, Gracie, Andre, Bob, Conrad, Simone and Lucille.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Poisson (Geaumont); his children, Dennis R. Poisson (Dawn) and Debra J. McPherson (Michael); his grandchildren, Justin, Henry, Jason, Emily, Jeremy and Jennie; and his sister Theresa Stanstell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
