She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Whitney and Phyllis Chamberlain Whitney; and her former husband Roger Emerson. She is survived by: her husband David Emerson; her children, Brandon Emerson and Stefannie Emerson; her sister Sandra Page; her nephew Michael Page; her grandchildren, Rodgers, Leia and Khloe; and her nephew Shadow.
