He is survived by: his wife Robin Milliard (Goodwin); his children, Karl Milliard (Ashley) of Hollis, ME, Robert Milliard (Christina) of Kennebunk, ME and Mollie Milliard of Sanford, ME; his siblings, Roger Milliard of Buxton, ME, Norman Milliard of Farmington, ME, Christopher Milliard of Sanford, ME, Diane Martin of Port Charlotte, FL, Suzanne Vasquez of Franklin, ME, Angel Kovak of Rochester, NH and Elizabeth Fisher of Shapleigh, ME; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Cody, Troy, Tru, Noah and Ava. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
