She was predeceased by: her parents, Olivier Poirier and Lena Poirier (Bonneau); her husband Armand; her siblings, Joan, Ernest, Adelard, Lionel, George Poirier, Marie Filteau, Anita Houle, Diane Begin and Catherine Bergeron; and her son-in-law Jeff Irish.
She is survived by: her children, John R. Lapointe (Jo-Ann), Ronald C. Lapointe (June) and Joan Irish; her sister Cecile Rodrique; her grandchildren, Michael, Jocelyn, Susan, Jessica, Ray, Cassandra, Tiffany and Allison; and her great grandchildren, Calena, Carter, Lucia and Margo. She is also survived by 38 nieces and nephews.
