He is survived by: his parents, Mary and John O'Neil; his son John H. O'Neil, Jr. of Kennebunk; his daughter-in-law Jennifer O'Neil of Kennebunk; his grandchildren, William, Lucy, Jill and Samantha; his daughter Mary O'Neil Jerome (Benjamin Jerome) of Biddeford; and also Benjamin.
