It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Smith of Old Orchard Beach, Maine, who passed away on July 20, 2020, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Ladakakos and Virginia Ladakakos; and her brother Arthur Ladakakos. She is survived by: her husband Kirk Smith; her son Joshua Briggs (Lauren); her granddaughter Hadley of Bowdoin Me; her daughter Sloan; and her siblings, John Ladakakos (Joan) and Cindy Carr (Tom). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
