With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donald W. Stackpole of Old Orchard Beach, Maine, born in Biddeford, Maine, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 25, 2024 at the age of 82. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Stackpole and Isabelle Stackpole (Giguire); and his children, Jamie Stackpole and Jo-Ann Fletcher. He is survived by: his wife Diane Stackpole; his children, Robert Fletcher, Carol Couture (Paul) and Susan Clark; his grandchildren, Nicholas Couture, Michael Couture, Nicole Fletcher and Natalie Clark; his great grandchildren, Nathaniel, William, Cara and Wesley; and his brother Norman Stackpole. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
