He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Roop and Madeline Roop (Richardson); and his wife Jeanine Roop (Millinocket). He is survived by: his sons, Matthew Roop (Sue), Mark Roop (Lori) and Michael Roop (KyungHwa); his grandchildren, Christopher, Nathan, Lucas, Evie and Atticus; and his brothers, Martin Roop (Mary Jane) and Joseph Roop (Jolene). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
