He was predeceased by: his parents, Fernand Cloutier and Lorraine Cloutier (Provencher). He is survived by: his daughter Natalie Cloutier; and his siblings, David Cloutier (Elaine) of Billerica, MA, Richard Cloutier (Mary), Gregory Cloutier (Carol), Fernand Cloutier II (Maureen) of Lewiston, Patricia Mayer (Paul) of Fort Myers, Dr. Lise Cloutier (Steve Corson) of Green, ME and Celeste Ledoux (Christopher) of Portsmouth, NH. He is also survived by 16 nieces and nephews and 3 Grand niece.
The service will be private due to Covid 19 restrictions.
