It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carolyn E. Goodwin of Old Orchard Beach, Maine, born in Needham, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 19, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Preston Hopkins and Hermance Phaneuf Hopkins; her brothers, Arthur, Gerard and Mark; and her sister-in-law Connie.

She is survived by: her husband John Goodwin; her brothers, Ronald Hopkins (Barbara) and Preston Hopkins (Deb); her sister-in-law Beverly Hopkins; and her nieces, Linda Fife and Lisa Dube. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews, loving cousins and close friends.

Memorial donations may be made to the Hospice of Southern Maine, 380 US Route One, Scarborough, ME 04074.
