She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Hilton and Olive Hilton (Bennette); her husband Philip; her children, Susan Townsend and Bruce Townsend; and her siblings, Lorraine Tibbetts and Robert Hilton.
She is survived by: her children, Lyn Gervais (Mark), Richard Townsend (Debra), Philip Townsend II (Lisa) and Denise Coutu (Pierre); and her grandchildren, Thomas Townsend (Lauren), Michael Gervais (Ashley), Kyle Townsend, Emily Townsend, Amanda Townsend, Nicole Lloyd (Sean), Peter Coutu, Susan Townsend, Bruce Townsend and Crystal Townsend. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cote Funeral Home Chapel (87 James St, Saco, ME 04072). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
