He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Leveris and Lola Leveris. He is survived by: his wife Alice; his daughter Nicole; his grandsons, Steven and Cole; his son Art (Amy); his grandchildren, Arthur "AJ", Nicholas and Emma; his brother Dennis Leveris; and also Elaine Fitts (Leveris).
