He is survived by: his father Henry; his stepmother Martha LaChapelle of Wells; his mother Michelle LaChapelle; his stepfather Leo Higgins of Ogunquit; his sister Sydney LaChapelle; his stepbrothers, Patrick Tarmey of Florida Keys, Andrew (Maria Staples) of Kennebunk, Scott Staples and Alex Staples of Wells; and his grandmother Carol LaChapelle of Lady Lake, FL. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and so many friends he considered his family.
In lieu of flowers, we know Morgan would be extremely honored to have donations made in his name to either.
