He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Randolph and Margaret Lawrie Moore (Laburn); and his sisters, Jean Wells and Sandra Dillon. He is survived by: his wife Jean Gillespie Leman Moore; his children, Robert Moore (Kim Pasquariello) of West Tisbury, MA, Jay Moore of Ocean Park, ME, Joseph Moore (Melissa Crosby) of Hollis, ME and Bonnie Roop (Chris) of Queensbury, NY.; his grandchildren, Alexander Moore, Kaylea Moore (Tom Rourke), Megan Roop and Chloe Roop; his great grandchildren, Erick and Lewis Moore; and his siblings, Barbara Davies and William Moore of Ocean Park, ME.. He is also survived by his family, especially his grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
John and his friends were involved in the Charitable Scholarship Foundation for many years. Please note the donation made in the memory of John L. Moore.
