He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Woodrow William McLellan and Gladys June McLellan; his wife Chandra McLellan; his children, Woodrow William McLellan III (Townley "Chip" Buker), David Allen McLellan (Laurie McLellan), David Lee Rossignol, Tina Rodrigue (Jeremy) and Samantha Tims (Kevin); his grandchildren, Christopher Baker, Alexis Baker, Alexander Tims, Kaitlyn Tims, Temperance Rossignol, David Monk and Ashley Bouwkamp; his siblings, Katherine Hamlin (Phil), Lulu "Cookie" Luce (Floyd), Frank McLellan (Tina) and Clifton McLellan; his sister-in-law Germaine McLellan; and his brother Thomas McLellan. He was also cherished by three great-grandchildren.
