He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Woodrow Billington and Alma Billington; his great-grandparents, John Billington, Carol and Elizabeth Tilley; his brothers, John and Dennis Billington; his son-in-law Chris Hamler; his wife Carol; his brother Gilbert Billington (Debra); his children, Peyton, Caleb, Scott Michael Billington and Kristin Hamler; his grandchildren, Marleigh and Tyler Hutson; his great grandchild Callan; his grandchildren, James, Julia Fox, Austin, Morgan Hamler and Kelly Gillian; his great grandchildren, Jade, Chloe, Grace Gillian and Olivia McKenzie; his grandson Sean Robert Billington (Sandra Bennett); and his great grandchildren, Karaline, Colin and Kevin Billington. He was also cherished by his 5 children, 14 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
