He was predeceased by: his parents, George, Sr. Tibbetts and Dorothy Burgess Tibbetts; his wife Elizabeth; his stepson Bruce Skinner; and his brothers, Bertrand and Robert Tibbetts.
He is survived by: his children, James (Rhonda), Melanie Carver (Lloyd) and Vicki King; his stepdaughter Penny Merrill; his sister Clara Tibbetts; and his family, Sharon Hale and Lou Nadeau. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Stone-Smart American Legion Post #82.
