He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Herbert Fogg, Sr. and Elizabeth Rose Chizmar Fogg; his brothers, Ralph Herbert (Herb), John Peter (Pete), Robert Stuart Roger (Bobby) and Andrew; his granddaughter Sommer Evelyn Fogg; his in-law Lona Bedard; and his brother-in-law Reggie Cook.
He is survived by: his wife Emilia Bedard of Norway; his sons, James Michael (Bonney), Joseph Paul (Stefanie) and Jeffrey Donald (Katrina); his sister Louise Fogg Damon Herb (Ed); his sisters-in-law, Linda Bedard Ellingwood (Jerry) and Mary Brill Cook; his close friend Sally Brown of Norway; and also Barbara. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
