He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Bixby and Frances Bixby (Higgins); and his brother Leslie Bixby. He is survived by: his wife Aimee Bixby; his daughters, Danielle Bixby, Corinne Lynn Perrigo and Holly Marie Bixby; his grandchildren, Darius, Kai, Harvey, Kaya, Michaeluh, Zoey and Jayden; and his siblings, Barry Bixby and Wanda Bixby. He is also survived by cousins and nephews.
