He is survived by: his wife Judith Skinner (Arsenault); his children, Stephanie Arsenault (Jamie McClendon), Candace Durgin (Dale Jr.), Naomi Martin (William Merrow), Alyssa Lothrop (Joshua) and Katlin Fisher (Joseph Jr.); and his siblings, Jerry Skinner (Marcia Libby), Deb Skinner and Penny Merrill (Stanley).
