He was predeceased by: his brother Bradley Sullivan. He is survived by: his parents, Jerome Sullivan and Gail Sullivan (Ostanek); his siblings, Jill Busa (Matt) of Woburn, Matthew Sullivan (Andrea) of Woburn and Eric Sullivan of Woburn; his nephews, Owen and Alex; and his niece Olivia. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
